In the classic book: 7 Habits of Highly Productive People
(which I highly recommend) the first habit is:
- Be Proactive.
This means that you don’t prioritize your schedule, you schedule your priorities.
You decide when you begin your day how you want to focus and spend your energy.
This is the basis of the Law of Attraction which says that your “thoughts become things.”
In Qi Gong, it is said that “Where the mind goes, energy flows.”
It’s important to be able to FOCUS on what is most important each day.
So I made a template to help me do this and I wanted to share it with you.
